Note :-

1. Only Candidates of Chhattisgarh are Eligible for Filling up the Pharmacist Class-II (Pharmacist Grade-02), Dresser Class-I, Laboratory Assistant (Lab Assistant), Dresser Class-II vacant post.
2. Live Registration is required at the date of application.

Age Limit

Applicant’s age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years (for local resident of Chhattisgarh) as on 01.01.2022.  The instructions, rules, orders issued by the General Administration Department from time to time regarding relaxation in age limit as amended will be applicable.

1. Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department will give relaxation of 05 years to the local residents of Chhattisgarh state in the upper age limit of 35 years till the end of the calendar year 2023 through letter number 3-2/2015/1-3 Raipur dated 30.01.2019.  The above instructions shall be applicable.
2. According to the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department’s circular number F3-1/2016/1-3 Raipur dated 10.01.2017, there will be a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age only for the local residents of Chhattisgarh state.  
3. Upper age limit will be relaxable by 05 years for Widow, Abandoned and Divorced women.
4. For the local residents of Chhattisgarh state, the maximum age limit will be 40 years instead of 35 years, but in the upper age limit for other special residents such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) women etc. resident of Chhattisgarh.  The relaxations given by the state government will remain in force and on the basis of the instructions issued by the General Administration Department from time to time regarding age relaxations given to the candidates in government service after including all types of relaxations.  The maximum age for appointment shall not exceed 45 years.

Applying Guidelines

1. Applicants should submit the application through Government Registered Post / Speed Post only.
2. Application in a closed envelope The application should be in a closed cover by the last date prescribed in the advertisement, in which the applicant clearly mention name and address Mobile No .  It will be mandatory to mention the name and cadre of the post applied for on top of the closed envelope.
3. It will be mandatory to enclose all the documents desired in the application form and advertisement inside the closed envelope, self attested and 02 passport size color photographs and 02 envelopes in which the name and full address of the applicant are clearly written.
4. All the information in the application form should be filled carefully in block letters, should not be truncated anywhere and the candidate should compulsorily sign at the place of signature.

General Instructions

1. Chhattisgarh Government Health and Family Welfare Department, Clerk Paramedical and Nursing (Directorate Health Services) Third Class Services Recruitment Rules-2013 (Revised Rules 11 June 2020) will be applicable.
2. It will be mandatory for the candidates to fulfill the essential educational qualifications prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the posts on the date of submission of application.
3. After possessing the essential educational qualifications prescribed in the recruitment rules, it is mandatory to have a live registration in the Paramedical Council / Nursing Council / Pharmacy Council of the state of Chhattisgarh before the date of submission of application.
4. The applicant must be a domicile of the state of Chhattisgarh.  For this, it will be mandatory to present the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of document verification.
5. It will be mandatory for the candidates to fulfill the essential educational qualifications prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the posts on the date of submission of application.
6. After possessing the essential educational qualifications prescribed in the recruitment rules, it is mandatory to have a live registration in the Paramedical Council / Nursing Council / Pharmacy Council of the state of Chhattisgarh before the date of submission of application.
7. The applicant must be a domicile of the state of Chhattisgarh.  For this, it will be mandatory to present the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of document verification.
8. Waiting list will be issued for the above posts which will be valid for 01 year from the date of issue of original selection list.
