Pharmacist, Lab Technician and other paramedical vacancies | Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh | Last Date – 20/08/2022

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts(pharmacist) in health institutions of Krishna District(Erstwhile) under the control of the DCHS/DM&HO/ Principals of Government Medical & Dental Colleges and Superintendents of Government General Hospitals Krishna District(Erstwhile) on Contract/Out sourcing basis.

1. Proforma of application will be available on the portal https://krishna.ap.gov.in/ from 10:00 AM on 06/08/2022 to on 20/08/2022 by 05:00 PM.
2. Last Date for submission of physical applications is 05:00 PM on 20.08.2022. Filled in applications shall be submitted in the specified counters in O/o DM&HO of the Krishna District (erstwhile). Candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible without waiting till last date to avoid last hour rush. They are further advised to obtain dated acknowledgement from the receiving authority, in proof of their submission of application.
3. District Jurisdiction for this recruitment is erstwhile district only and the vacancies at health facilities in these district boundaries shall be considered to be filled. Hence candidates shall apply to the respective erstwhile districts only.
4. Combined counselling will be conducted for all three Departments together and candidates will be allowed to choose only one department from among them, while exercising his/her option. Roster registers will be maintained separately by DMHO/DCHS/Principal/ Superintendent.
5. The Merit List of this notification is valid for one year for the purpose of filling up of arising vacancies if any.

Education Qualification

The candidate should possess prescribed academic/technical/professional qualifications for the post they are applying for as on the date of this notification (which will be taken for reckoning weightage for contract / outsource/ honorarium service and for waiting period weightage after completion of academic/technical/professional qualifications as applicable).
If the applicant possesses an equivalent qualification to prescribed qualification in this notification, applicant shall enclose a copy of the Government orders to that effect to the application, failing which their application will be rejected.

5	Bio Medical Technician	Must possess diploma in biomedical Engineering/instrumentation from any institute recognized by Govt. of AP/India.
6	Cardiology Technician	1.B.Sc Degree from a Recognized University with 2 years Diploma in Cardiology Technician with 2 years Diploma in Electrocardiography from a Recognized Institution (or) B.Sc in Cardiovascular Technology from a Recognized Institution. 2.Mustbe registered in APPMB.
7	Dental Hygienist	1. Must have passed Dental Hygienist course from any institution recognized by Dental council of India 2. Must have registered in AP State Dental Council.
8	Dental Technician	1. Must possess Intermediate or its equivalent 2. Must have passed Dental mechanic course from any institution recognized by Dental Council of India 3. Must have registered as Dental mechanics with AP State Dental Council.
9	Radiographer	1. Must possess certificate in CRA/ DRGA/DMIT Course. 2. Must be registered in APPMB.
10	ECG Technician	1. Must have passed intermediate examination or its equivalent. 2. Must possess Diploma in ECG Technician course from a recognized institution. 3. Must be registered in APPMB.
11	EEG Technician	1. Must possess Intermediate or its equivalent 2.Must possess B.Sc Neuro Physiology technology(EEG & ENMG)/ PG Diploma in Neuro technology from recognized institution in India. 3. Must be registered in APPMB.
12	Electrician	1. Must have passed SSC or its equivalent. 2.Diploma in electrical engineering or ITI in electrical trade. If a person possess both Diploma and ITI certificate, maximum percentage of marks obtained either of the course shall be considered.
13	Emergency Medical Technician	1. Must possess Intermediate or its equivalent 2. Must possess B.Sc. Emergency Medical Technology / B.Sc Emergency Medical Services Technology (EMST) from a recognized institution in India 3. Must be registered in APPMB.
14	General Duty Attendant	Must have passed SSC/10th Class or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
15	Medical Record Technician	1. Pass in Intermediate or its equivalent. 2.Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized university.
16	Lab Attendant	1. Must have passed SSC/10th or its equivalent. 2. Must possess Lab Attendant Course or Intermediate (Lab Attendant Vocational Course) conducted by the Board of Inter Education, AP or from any other institution recognized by the Govt of AP.
17	Lab Technician Gr. 2	1. Must possess DMLT or B.Sc (MLT) 2. If Intermediate (VOC) with one year apprenticeship in Govt. Hospitals. 3. Must be registered in APPMB. 4. In case of candidate possess both DMLT and B,Sc MLT, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered.
18	Library Assistant	Must possess Intermediate with CLISc (Certificate in Library Science) from a recognized university.
19	Mortuary Attendant	1. Must have appeared for 10th class board examination or equivalent. 2. Selection shall be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
20	OT Technician	1. Must possess Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management & Operation Theatre Technician. 2. Must be registered in APPMB.
21	Occupational Therapist	Must Possess a degree of any recognized University and a diploma in Occupational Therapy from any recognized institution.
22	Office Subordinate	Must have passed SSC or equivalent.
23	Perfusionist	1. Must possess intermediate or its equivalent. 2. 2 years Diploma in Perfusion Technician. 3. Must be registered in APPMB.
24	Ophthalmic Assistant/Ophthalmic Technician Refractionist	1. Must have passed intermediate with sciences as basic Academic qualification. 2. 2 years Diploma in Ophthalmic assistant course. 3. Registration in Paramedical Board of Andhra Pradesh up to date Renewal.
25	Pharmacist Gr. II	1. Must possess SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by Govt. of A.P. 2. Pass in D.Pharma/ B.Pharma(or) 3. Intermediate vocational course in Pharmacy recognized by Government of AP 4. Must be registered with the A.P. Pharmacy Council. 5. In case of candidate possess both D.Pharma and B.Pharma, the maximum percentage secured in any of the above shall be considered.
26	Physiotherapist	1. Must possess Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from any recognized university. 2. Must be registered in APPMB.
27	Plumber	1. Must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam from recognized board. 2. Passed in ITI plumbing trade/ITI Fitter trade/ITI mechanic trade from a recognized institution
28	Radiological Physicist	1. Must possess first class in M.Sc. Degree in Physics/ Nuclear Physics from a recognized University and 2. Should produce one year P.G. Training Course Certificate in Hospital Physics and Radiological Physics from BARC.
29	Sterilization Technician	1. Must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by Govt. of A.P. 2. Diploma in Medical Sterilization Management and Operation Theatre Technician from recognized institution in India. 3. Must be registered in APPMB.
30	Store Attender	Must have passed SSC or its equivalent.
31	Speech Therapist	1. Must possess a Bachelor degree from a recognized University and 2. Diploma in Speech Therapy or Certificate in speech Therapy in any recognized university
32	Sanitary Worker cum Watchmen	Must appear for SSC/10th Class. Selection shall be made on the merit of marks obtained.
33	Female Nursing Orderly	Must appear for SSC/10th Class. Selection shall be made on the merit of marks obtained.

Age

Upper age limit is 42 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2022 as per G.O.Ms.No.105 GA (Ser-A) dept., dated.27.09.2021 with relaxations as applicable. Relaxations will be as follows:-

1. For SC, ST, BC and EWS candidates: 05 (Five) years.
2. For Ex-service Men: 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
3. For differently abled persons: 10 (Ten) years.
4. Maximum age limit is 52 years with all relaxations put together.

Reservation

1. Reservations are applicable as per Rule 22 of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules and instructions issued from time to time including BC,SC and ST reservations.
2. Reservations to woman will be as per General Rule 22-A(G.O.Ms.No.41, WD&CW (Estt) Dept., dated:-01-08-1996, G.O.Ms.No.63, GA(Ser-D) Dept, dt: 17.04.2018 & instructions issued from time to time.
3. Presidential order is applicable as per GO Ms No 674; GA (SPF.A) Dept, dated:28.10.1975, GO P No.763 GA.(SPF.A) Dept dated 15.11.1975 read with G.O.Ms.No.8 GA (SPF.A) Dept. dated.08.01.2002.
4. Reservations to Differently abled persons is applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.2 Department for WCDA & SC (Prog.II) dt 19.02.2020.
5. Reservations for economically weaker sections will be as per G.O.Ms.No.73 GA (Services-D) dept. dt:04.08.2021.
6. Reservations for ex-servicemen are applicable as per rules in force.

Fee

Applicant must enclose a demand draft towards application processing fee in favor of “District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna District” (if candidate is eligible for more than one post is required to enclose demand draft for each post and apply for each post separately) as given below;.
