Selection Method and Process
How to Apply, Indira Gandhi Centre for IGCAR Recruitment 2022
- Candidates are requested to fill the soft copy of application pro-forma, in excel form, without changing its format, (other formats will be rejected), which will be available on official website www.icgar.gov.in
- Before filling up of the application form in Excel, candidates need to enable Macro option in MS Excel in computer.
- After filling form, file should be renamed or saves as in prescribes file name format of “Post Code_ApplicantName_Initial”. and e-mail to careergso@igcar.gov.in
- Insert one passport size photograph on the top right corner of the application. Size=165 x 125 pixels in jpg/jpeg format and should not exceed 50KB
- Signature: image should be of size=80 x 125 px in jpg/jpeg, should not exceed 20KB
- After submitting the online application candidates are required to take print/save a copy and preserve it till certificate verification/selection process.
- Candidates who applied for the posts (MO1 to MO4 and TO1) are also required to forward hard copy of their application along with one set of documents mentioned, to assistant personal officer (Rectt), GSO, Kalpakkam-603102 by speed post so as to reach on or before 5 days from closing date for application
- The candidates applying for posts other than MO1 to MO4 and TO1 are required to produce print out of application and submit the same with original certificated along with the attested copies of all relevant documents in support of dob, educational qualification, caste, disability, experience certificate, NOC if applicable, receipt of payment made towards application fee, etc only at the time of interview or written exam.
Documents Required, IGCAR Recruitment 2022
- Educational qualification (marksheets and degree certificates), technical qualifications, experience certificates including certificate of training if any.
- DOB (Certificate issued by SSC (SSLC)/HSC- 10th/12th board or Municipal Corporation.
- Jammu and Kashmir residents/Proof to the effect that they have been affected by the 1984 riots in appropriate proforma.
- Certificate of extent of disability in prescribed format as available at GSO website. The disability should be 40% and above.
- Discharge certificate for Defence Services (applies to ex-defence servicemen only).
- Experience specially stating the kind of work done.
- SC/ST certificate, OBC certificate
- Candidates claiming reservation under EWS are required to produce income and asset certificate in prescribes format
- NOC in case working under Central/State govt, public sector undertakings/autonomous bodies, etc. (if applicable)
- Any other certificate in respect of claims made in applicable form
