
DELHI PHARMACY COUNCIL
Delhi Pharmacy Council is a statutory body constituted by the Government of Delhi under the Pharmacy Act of 1948.
Delhi Pharmacy Council has announced the election for the 6 (six) elected seats of Delhi Pharmacy Council. The Candidates of various parties filled their nomination on 16th September 2021 at G.K. Narayan Auditorium DPSRU.
Voting Procedure :-
The voting procedure is started from 1st October. The register pharmacist of DPC will get their Ballot Paper at their home through post. Then after voting the Voter has to send the voted ballot paper to the given address :- Shri Raj Kumar, The returning Officer (Delhi Pharmacy Council Election -2021), Reception Room, Dr. G.K. Narayan Auditorium, Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University, Pushp Vihar, Sec-III, MB Road, New Delhi – 110017.
The Result will be announced on 2nd November 2021.

Instructions :-
- Each Elector has 6 Votes.
- He/She shall vote by placing the mark (X) in the box provided opposite the name of the candidate whom he prefers.
- The voting paper shall be invalid if the mark (X) is placed opposite the names of more than 6 (six) candidates or if the marks so placed as to render it doubtful which candidates they are intended to apply.
- The elector shall enclose the voting paper in the identification cover and then cover un a bigger cover, in the left hand lower corner of which, the elector shall write his full name and signature and of which the elector fails to write his full name and signature the voting paper shall be invalid.
- A voting paper shall be invalid if the vote returns the voting paper otherwise than in the ‘identification Envelope’ with the declaration thereon duly completed.
- Every Elector shall send his voting paper in a seperate cover directly to the Returning Officer by Speed/Redg. Post.
- If the Returning Officer receives more than one voting paper from any elector, all such voting paper shall be invalid.
- If more than one mark is placed before the name of any candidate, the whole paper will be disqualified.
- The Voting Paper must be folded ‘ Face Inwards’ placed in the accompanying ‘identification envelope’ which must be surely closed and then placed in a covering envelope.
