How to Remove pharmacist license from medical store – How can a pharmacist remove his licence from a medical store through offline/online process.Hello friends, today I am going to tell you How can a pharmacist remove his licence from a medical store through offline/online process.

To remove your license OFFLINE, you should follow these steps : –

  1. You should know the license no. of the pharmacy where you are working as a registered pharmacist.
  2. If you don’t know license no. of shop, you can get it from the owner of the pharmacy shop.
  3. Then you have to write an application to the drug inspector in which you have to mention your reason ” why do you want to remove your license from pharmacy shop”.
  4. also you should know the address of pharmacy shop and mention it in that application.
  5. After that, attach your documents copy ( e.g. – registration certificate ) and pharmacy license copy with your application.
  6. Then submit this application to The Drug Office or To The Drug Inspector of your area.
  7. This will take 1 week process to remove your license.
  8. If you want to resign or remove your license immediately then directly contact with your Drug Inspector.

To remove your license ONLINE, you should follow these steps : –

  1. In Online method, you should know the Login ID and Password which is issued by Drug Office for Pharmacy shop where you are working as registered pharmacist.
  2. If you don’t know login ID and password, you can get it from the owner of the pharmacy shop.
  3. Then here is the link of the official government site /portal for drug license ,food license,their application and other related services. go to this website – https://xlnindia.gov.in/login.aspx/

4. Enter your Login detail.

5. Check the column for Registered pharmacist or resign from the post.

6. Then finally resign from pharmacy shop.
