The Ministry of Ayush was formed on the 9th of November 2014 with a vision of reviving the profound knowledge of our ancient systems of medicine and ensuring the optimal development and propagation of the Ayush systems of healthcare. Earlier, the Department of Indian System of Medicine and Homoeopathy (ISM&H) formed in 1995, was responsible for the development of these systems. It was then renamed as the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (Ayush) in November 2003 with focused attention towards education and research in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy.

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for empanelment to create a pool of 150 Ayurveda Doctors, 150 Ayurveda pharmacists and l0 Panchkarma therapist (05 male and 05 female) for engaging Doctors, Pharmacists and Panchkarma Therapists purely on contractual basis in various hospital institution organizations under Minisiry oi Ayush and Ministry of Defence located all over lndia initially for a period upto 3l .03.2023.

More Information

  1. Examination Centers :- Written test will be conducted in the Centres located at (l) Delhi, (2) Mumbai (3) Kolkata (4) Chennai (5) Guwahati.
  2. Age relaxation and reservation for SC, ST, OBC, PWD & EWS will be made as per Government policy for such contractual engagement.
  3. The intimation for written examination centre will be given separately through Admit Cards.
  4. You are advised to visit CCRAS website (www.ccras.nic.in) and Ministry of AYUSH website (www.ayush.gov.in) frequently to access the latest information on the conduct of examination/admit card/date of examination etc. The admit cards for the written examination will be available only through online mode from the link provided.
  5. Essential qualification, age and experience will be reckoned as on closing date of applications
  6. Only the date of birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate available on the date of submission of application will be accepted as proof of date of birth.
