Pharmacist, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician Vacancy | Nellore, Andhra Pradesh | Last Date :- 23/08/2022

As per the Orders of the Collector and District Magistrate, Nellore. Applications in the prescribed proforma are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitrnent of Pharmacist, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician noted in the annexure on contract basis under AP state AID control Society, SPSR Nellore District.

Filled Applications shall be submitted in the O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Nellore in all working days from 12.08.2022 to 23.08.2022 between 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM along with all required certificates.

Note :- Last date for submission of filled applications 23.09.2022 at 5.00 pm.

1. Medical Officer(ART)

• No. of Vacancies :- 01
• Salary :- Rs. 72,000/- per month
• Qualification and Experience :- Essentiality be an MBBS trained by NACO at one ofthe NAC0 designated training centers.

2. Pharmacist(CST)

• No. of Vacancies :- 02
• Salary :- Rs. 21,000/- per month
• Qualification and Experience :-
  • Degree in pharmacy form a recognized institute OR
  • Diploma holder in pharmacy with 3 years of experience in health care Note: must be registered in the concerned state pharmacy council.
  • Others : Working Knowledge of computers

3. Staff Nurse

• No. of Vacancies :- 03
• Salary :- Rs. 21,000/- per month
• Qualification and Experience :-
  • BSC Nursing/ GNM or ANM with 3 years experience in Govt sector, Must be registered in AP Nursing council and working knowledge in computers.

4. Lab Technician

• No. of Vacancies :- 09
• Salary :- Rs. 21,000/- per month
• Qualification and Experience :-
  • Graduate in medical Laboratory Technology [BSC): with minimum 1 years experience after graduation OR
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology(DMLT) with 2 years experience after diploma. The services of existing LTs who do not hold a DMLT may be continued if they have done a certificate course in medical Laboratory Technology and have more than 5 years experience of working in the ICTC/PPTCT/ART center run under the National AIDS control programme.
  • Others : Working Knowledge of computers.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age as on 31.07.2022 :-
   1. Maximum age limit shall not exceed (42) years as on31-07-2022 Minimum age limit mentioned above is subject to issue of orders from the Government.
2. Age Relaxation :-
   1. For SCs, STs, BCs – 5 Years
   2. For Physically Challenged Persons – 10 Years
   3. For Ex-Serviceman- 3 Years
   4. Note: In any case the upper age limit should not exceed 50 years after inclusion of the relaxations mentioned above vide G.O. MS. No: 851, HM&FW (B2) Dept Dated 07.12.2006

List of Documents for Submission

1.	S.S.C or Equivalent examination Marks Memo.
2.	Intermediate or 10+2 examination Marks Memo.
3.	Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4.	Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5.	Registration and Renewal certificates of respective councils.
6.	lnternship Certificate if any applicable.
7.	Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tashildhar/MRO concerned
8.	Study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th Class. In case of Private study residence certificate from the Tashildhar /MRO concerned for the above period (4th to 10th Class study period).
9.	PH certificate (SADAREM CERTIFICATE) in respect of candidates Claiming reservation under PH Quota
10.	Sports certificate in respect of candidates claiming under Sports quota.
11.	Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex Service man Quota
12.	1 photographs duly pasted on the application form with self attestation
